La société Zhejiang SIR Robotics Co., Ltd., filiale de Wolong Electric (ci-après dénommée « SIR Robotics »), et la société Shanghai Zhiyuan Xinchuang New Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. (ci-après dénommée « AgiBot ») ont récemment signé avec succès un accord d'investissement en fonds propres, et AgiBot procédera à l'injection de capital stratégique dans SIR Robotics sous la forme d'une augmentation de capital par émission d'actions.
AgiBot is committed to creating a world-class leading universal humanoid robot product and application ecology with the integration and innovation of AI+ robots. AgiBot has built a leading robot "ontology +AI" full-stack technology, with three robot families: Yuanzheng, Genie and Lingxi, and mass-produced more than 1,000 general-purpose humanoid robots. On March 10th, AgiBot released the first universal base model of Genie Operator-1, which creatively proposed the Vision-Language-Latent-Action (villa) architecture, which realized the rapid generalization of small samples by using human video learning, lowered the threshold of the body intelligence, and successfully deployed it to many robot bodies of AgiBot, and continued to evolve, pushing the body intelligence onto the stage.
