Overview

We are one of the only manufacturers of stirrer motors for inside chemical reactor vessels. Our experience in the design and build of in-process motors for the polymerisation of ethylene gas gives us a unique knowledge of this specialist area. Stirrer motors are custom designed for your application, the stator is fitted directly into the reactor vessel and utilises an enhanced special insulation system to cope with high temperatures and being immersed in the process which also provides the only cooling for the machine. The motors can also be made to cope with high pressures with a heavy duty construction using carefully selected materials. The motors are DOL or inverter driven, variable speed and all the dimensions are tailored to fit the vessel exactly, taking into account any restrictions. The terminal positions are located precisely to integrate into the customer’s equipment. Once completed the rotor is hand polished for a perfectly smooth surface.
