On September 3, Wolong Electric Drive officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shanghai Mufan Power Technology Co., Ltd. Under the agreement, the total value of orders between the two parties over the next three years is expected to exceed 700 million yuan. This marks a significant upgrade from their previous project-based collaboration to a comprehensive strategic partnership, ushering in a new phase of cooperation.

Lin Gang, General Manager of Shanghai Mufan Power Technology, and Wan Chuangqi, President of Wolong Electric Drive, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies.

Focus on Data Centre Applications:

As a core piece of equipment in the distributed energy sector, the gas turbine generator produced by Wolong Electric's Nanyang Explosion Protection Group is entering a favorable market window. Currently, demand for power generation equipment in data center markets across North America,EMEA and Southeast Asia continues to rise. Gas turbine units, with their notable advantages such as fast return on investment, short construction cycles, and the ability to rapidly bridge power gaps, are demonstrating broad application potential in data center scenarios.

This strategic cooperation represents an important move by both parties to combine their strengths and complement each other's capabilities. Going forward, the two sides will integrate their core resources and competencies to jointly explore new avenues and markets, collectively seizing growth opportunities in the distributed energy sector for data centers.
